Our Kelay ALF license allows us to provide care from level one to level three. In collaboration with outside providers, such as physical, occupational and speech therapists, we are able to provide therapy in our ALF. This service allows your loved one to stay in our ALF and avoid unnecessary relocation or living in a long-term care facility. Kelay ALF is the perfect place for seniors who value their independence yet need some assistance with daily-activities.
We preserve dignity and well-being by providing quality care in a warm and nurturing environment. We encourage continued independence through a tailored plan of individual wellness and personal care. Our staff members are available 24 hours a day to help with bathing, dressing, and medication remainders and administration. We have certified medication technicians to administer medication and monitor side effects.
Kelay is the perfect place for dependent seniors who don't want to stay in a long term care facility.
Our kelay seniors will receive care through assessments of their physical, emotion, and functional status upon admission, and a review of care every 45 days to ensure their needs are met as they change. Our delegate nurse is on site to maintain the high level of care your loved one deserves.
Kelay also provides hospice care and coordination as recommended by their primary care physician to seniors who is approaching end of life. This is given in collaboration with the hospice team who specialize in supporting the unique emotional spiritual, and physical needs of our resident and their family.
